At On Target Planning, we provide comprehensive town planning services across NSW, guiding projects from initial feasbility through to approval. We manage Development Applications in accordance with the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, coordinate specialist reports and liaise directly with Council to stream line the process.
Our expertise includes planning advice and due diligence, rezoning and strategic planning proposals, Statements of Environmental Effects, Clause 4.6 variations, and planning justification reports. We also represent clients in stakeholder negotiations, pre-lodgement meetings, and where required, appear before Local Planning Panels or the Land and Environment Court.
